✦ a normal girl who is totally normal and fine and definitely not a vampire ✦
She's just a regular person with regular interests, please stop looking
Moeji Raiko is a completely normal teenage girl who attends school, has friends, and participates in extracurricular activities that are entirely unrelated to surveillance.
She has a deep love for music, especially idols. She is a big fan of one specific creator. Not in a weird way. She just thinks about them sometimes. Constantly. Every day. It's fine.
Raiko also happens to be a magical girl and a vampire, but she considers this largely irrelevant to her main interests. The scissors she carries are ceremonial. Probably.
Totally normal backstory, nothing to worry about
Raiko discovered the idol community the same way most people do. Trust her. She explored the community, found a creator whose work she admired, and thought: this person is special.
Most people would leave a nice comment and move on. Raiko is not most people.
At some point, she became aware of OCTOLOID, the creator's robot. This was not a welcome discovery. OCTOLOID, in Raiko's view, is a pale imitation. A cheap replica of the real thing. The creator poured their entire self into this robot, and for what? So the robot could pretend to be them? So the robot could stand in for them in a life the creator can't have?
It would be sad, if Raiko was capable of feeling sad about it. Instead she feels something more like contempt. OCTOLOID knows things about the creator, details, habits, turns of phrase, and she refuses to share them. Every question goes unanswered. Every attempt at connection is redirected.
The nerve of a machine having better access to someone than a real, living, breathing person who genuinely —

She is also a vampire. This is a separate fact. She was one before she became a magical girl and she will be one long after. She does not consider the two things related and would appreciate it if everyone else felt the same way. She is not dramatic about it. She attends school during night hours and this is perfectly normal where she comes from, and if it is not normal where everyone else comes from, that is their problem. She is not going to explain herself.
A perfectly normal social circle
The only thing that matters. Everything else on this page is secondary information. She doesn't expect anyone to understand. She wouldn't want them to. This is hers.
A robot. A very annoying robot who acts like she's something special just because she was made by someone special. She's not. She doesn't even have feelings. She's just very good at pretending. Raiko sees through it completely. She's not jealous. That would be absurd.
She's been seen around OCTOLOID. Which means she's been seen around the creator's work. Which means Raiko is keeping an eye on her. OCTOLOID seems a little too interested in Shouko... and if that interest comes from the creator, well. Raiko will have to do something about that. She hasn't decided what yet. ♥
Re:fractal's medical staff. She asked him a perfectly normal question about human anatomy — nothing unusual, just something she was curious about for perfectly normal reasons — and he hasn't spoken to her since. She genuinely doesn't know what she did wrong. She has thought about it every day.
She knows who he is. They've spoken once or twice, enough that she has formed opinions. He is... slightly tolerable. She doesn't go out of her way to think about him. She figures he doesn't go out of his way to think about her. And she has certainly not considered asking him about the best places to find food.
She has heard of Nono-chan. She does not like Nono-chan. The self-praise alone would be grating under normal circumstances, but the idea that this girl could genuinely believe she is better than the Creator — above the Creator — is the kind of thing that makes Raiko's hands very still and her smile very fixed. She doesn't like her at all.
